What We Did
For Wren Court in Bromley we reseached a list of large office occupiers from South West, South East London and Southern M25 towns. Using our Gold Updating Option we telephoned each company immediately prior to mailing providing the most up-to-date list possible.

In-house Database [Client: Kemsley Whitely & Ferris]
What We Did
For over 8 years we have researched and maintained a database of companies in the East London and Essex area for Kemsley Whitely & Ferris. We originally installed the software in a Microsoft Access format giving both surveyors and secretaries full training. Quarterly data updates are supplied and as a regular customer of our direct mailing services this information is often provided at little or no cost.

Local Occupier Direct Mailing [Client: David McMeeking]
What We Did
Direct Approach prepared a database of medium sized local office occupiers from Northern Kent and selected South East London postcodes. Trade Centre Users Mailing [Client: Watson Day]
What We Did
We undertook a direct mailing campaign for Corbens Business Centre, Maidstone using our national database of Trade Centre Users. As always we targeted the Estates Manager/Property Decision Maker from each company.
