HOW DOES OUR MAILING SERVICE WORK?
Stage 1 Advise the client on the most relevant and appropriate search criteria - companies local to the property and/or national companies such as Top Warehouse Occupiers.
Stage 2 Supply a draft list for agents' comments and approval.
Stage 3 Update Records
Silver Standard - we sort the data by date, our in-house researchers telephone and update any record that is older than 6 months. Giving an average age of 3 months.
Gold Standard - we telephone every company prior to mailing.
Stage 4 Organise collection of brochures and letterheads. We are able to offer colour printing of in-house particulars and mailing letters.
Stage 5 Using your e-mailed text, we set up and print a personalised merge letter onto your letterhead with your signature.
Insert your marketing literature into a quality envelope, despatch to Post Office.
Stage 6 Copies of the data are available as a hardcopy list, Excel or Access file.
Stage 7 Re-mailings available from only 35p per record.
